Shipping and Returns

At JetSet we try to bring you unique products, items that it would be difficult to find in stores and at major retailers. In order to achieve that, we source our items throughout the world. This is why our shipping time varies. If an item is sourced from USA and it needs to be shipped to an address in the USA, we usually ship (unless requested differently by the customer) with USPS and their shipping time and policy applies. Some of our items, such as our Italian leather bags are shipped directly from Italy via DHL. For most items however, the shipping varies from 2-3 weeks. You will be notified throughout the process where is your item until you receive it. If you need an item for a special event, set on a certain date, please, contact us before ordering or at least within 24 hours and we will explore the fastest ways to ship and will let you know if you can receive it by that date. 

You may cancel your order with full refund within 24 hours after purchasing.

We offer full refund on the items that we find are faulty or damaged by the supplier if the item is returned within 10 days with original tags and unused and in its original packaging.
We also offer full refund if for some reason we fail to send you the item that you ordered.
The refund request from our customers are acceptable unconditionally if customer service confirms that JetSet sent you the wrong item.
1.Please make sure that the products are unused before sending them back and inform us the following information:

Photo of the shipping label on the package JetSet sent to you
2. JetSet will confirm the information
3. After we make sure that we sent you the wrong item, we will refund you the amount that you paid or will send you the correct item based on your wishes

Shipping fee will be refunded for items that were not sent or if a wrong item was sent.
If everything is fine with the item but you just don't like it, the following refund policy applies:
JetSet is an online store and it does not have a storage facility. So, for most products refund policy depends on the manufacturer. If the manufacturer offers refund, this will be indicated on the product page and will be honored by JetSet.
We will make all the efforts to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If in doubt or you have questions, please, contact us prior to placing the order.
For the same reasons canceling your order is not possible after the first 24 hours. Once we place your order with our supplier we cannot cancel it. Therefore, if in doubt please, contact us ahead of time or indicate on your order if you need it within a certain time limit.
